MARTIN: First, it’s the quality of our people. Everyone says that, but we really have great talent and experience. Second, it’s the way we approach our clients' businesses and organize ourselves around their problem.
AARON: We care about the things that our clients care about. We want our clients to be famous, not us.
MARTIN: Getting that to happen isn't as easy as it sounds. To produce exceptional solutions, we have to minimize the internal, operational distractions to producing great work. We strive to not systematize solutions. Until you understand the specifics of a client’s customers and distribution systems there's no way to predetermine what tools or approach you'll need. We stay flexible, striving for originality in our problem solving. And in the end, we don't forget that it's up to us to make things a reality in the marketplace.
AARON: We emphasize getting usable information from consumers and making that information actionable. And we focus on what the market wants and needs, rather than satisfying our own need for creative outlet.
